deck 8 "blank areas" on DREAM map

Has anyone stayed at this spot on any deck - we were told by my PVP that 8380 on the Carnival Dream would be great because it's next to nothing at all. I'm assuming this must be storage, laundry or employee areas. Does anyone know for sure what is there? I've never stayed near a "blank area" before. i usually try to avoid the unknown - surely my PVP wouldn't steer me wrong......Please help - similar to rooms 9390, 7364, 6416....

That's a multi purpose area... there's storage there for required crew supplies... linens, ice, etc... and it's also a passage for the diesel engine exhaust that vents through the wail tail atop the vessel...
