jettajenius Posted March 16, 2005 #1 Share Posted March 16, 2005 Where do you put luggage - under the bed? If it is under the bed, how wide can your suitcase be to fit under it. Is there a limit to how big a carry-on bag can be? Can you bring 2 suitcases and a carry-on for one person? Is there a limit for number of suitcases? stoneharborlady Posted March 16, 2005 #2 Share Posted March 16, 2005 Dont remember the size (pretty big though) but we managed to get two very large Samsonites under each bed with no problem at all.
monk888 Posted March 16, 2005 #3 Share Posted March 16, 2005 jettajenius, I was on the Caribbean Princess last June and am going back this June. Don't worry about luggage space. There's tons of room under the bed for any luggage you have short of a steamer trunk. As far as a limit on checking in or rolling on luggage, I experienced no problem. We had loads of stuff for just three of us. I even checked in a case of water in half litre bottles. No problem. All was delivered to my room. Most everything fit under the beds, but we also had loads of room in the closet. Also, plenty of drawers with loads of storage. Remember, the ship has several coin operated laundrys on it with plenty of washers and dryers. If you bring a roll of quarters and don't mind doing a load or two in the middle of the week, you can cut your packing big time. Enjoy! katisdale Posted March 17, 2005 #4 Share Posted March 17, 2005 If you are flying you need to be aware of the airline limits. If you drive to the ship you can bring the proverbial kitchen sink.
