I called them and they told me that they have received similar calls from other people, and that it seems to be an ongoing tech problem which they are trying to solve. I am not able to get the "Shore Excursion Finder" (which is found within "Destinations") to return any results. This problem apparently started around mid-March of this year and has not been resolved yet.
