Sad for the family and the young man. Many questions about the whole situation. Who was with him on the jet skis, witness accounts, etc.

Jet skis can be very dangerous...also dangerous to rent scooters on the islands.

I feel sorry for the family. A couple of years ago, I thought that I would send my daughter on a much needed vacation. I changed my mind, because I didn't want her to travel alone. (just being a paranoid mother)

Did I miss where it said he wasn't wearing a vest?:confused:

If he hit his head falling off the jet ski and landed face down in the water it might not have been a vest that keeps you face up or he could have had a death due to injury. Didn't see in the article either where it indicated he drown....
