shampoo/soap in spa shower?

I have been reading about how good the spa showers are.

 

So If I decide to go to Spa to take a shower do I need to take shapoo/soap there? or there will be soap and shower provided? What about towel?

 

And Where do I put my change of clothes while I take shower?

 

I will be going on my first cruise on July 7th- Carnival - Destiny

I treat it like any public shower - they do have shampoo and body wash mounted on the wall just like the shower in your cabin. I always took my towel from our cabin so can't speak on towels, although, I imagine they have them there just like at any of the pools. My clothes I always just fold and leave on the bench - never had anyone steal them.

You can use the locker room/gym towels if you like, although they are a bit smaller. No need to tote your cabin's towel to the spa showers. There are lockers available too, but you need to get a key from the spa desk.
