Christmas Eve in Ft Lauderdale?

We are returning from a cruise on Dec 24 and will be staying overnight in Ft lauderdale on Christmas Eve. Does anyone have suggestions for a family activity? We have two boys 14 & 9. thanks

we"re also getting off a ship on dec 24. I had the same questions. I have a car rented so we'll be able to see lots of stuff!!

In the past, Las Olas has been lit up with many lights. Keep in mind, nearly every store, restaurant, and activity is closed on Christmas Day. So if you want to see Florida, plan to do it on the 24th.

 

 

The movie theaters in South Florida are packed on Christmas day and a substantial number of restaurants will be open.
