Destiny dry dock???

Im confused... We are booked on the January 28, 2012 Destiny cruise. I went to cruisedeckplans dot com and saw that the Destiny is scheduled for Drydock: 1/05/12-2/16/12! Am I missing something here?

A number of drydocks are in the scheduling process and it does happen that a cruise will be canceled. Call either your TA or Carnival and ask them. If it is true you should get a full refund or be able to have your deposits and any payments made changed over to a different Cruise. Better to find out now than have a ship break down right before you Cruise and have no other options open.

your cruise is still available for booking so I doubt it's scheduled for dry dock.

 

Probably that site has incorrect info listed.

We just called Carnival booked both the Jan 28, 2012 cruise and the Feb 2, cruise on the Destiny. Doubt they would be taking bookings if there was planned to dry dock her during that time

I posted the question about Destiny's dry-dock on John Heald's facebook and he said it had been postponed. He did not give a new date. I was disappointed as we are booked to cruise on her November 26, 2012 and I was looking forward to some new upgrades.
