Rome Express - All In One Day

 

Hi, We are pensioners now but reasonably active and I just wondered if anyone in the same age bracket has done this trip and survived ? Plus any other tips and info. Is the pick up point the same as the drop off point etc. Thanks for any replies.:)

Hi PFKA, go over onto Thomson forum and do a search on the main page. There's been plenty of info about Rome on there recently. Ask on here again if you cant find it.:):)

Did not do the Rome express trip as a tad expensive. Did the coliseum and forum trip which also included the Trevvi fountain and Spanish Steps. Our tour had a lot of walking and it was particularly warm. Wear a hat take some water also the street drinking water fountains are very good and very cool.

It seemed from peoples reactions that all the Rome trips were enjoyable but tiring.

As most trips set out early breakfast was very busy.
