Which nights are Formal Nights?

Recommended Posts

Help! I need to know which nights of a 7night cruise are typically the formal nights. We want to book a specialty restaurant on one of the formal nights.

Not knowing what cruise you are doing I can only tell you that the first formal night will be Day 2. That is when the Captain's Welcome Aboard Reception is held. The second formal night is usually Day 6.

The second and second last nights of a 7 night cruise are typically the ones scheduled to be formal nights. This can change depending upon the particular itinerary. If the night you choose to dine in the specialty restaurant doesn't turn out to be a formal night, you should be able to change your reservation once you are onboard. :)
