Port at FLL -- Hotel recommendation?

Hi, We are ending our Princess cruise on 11/8 in FLL and will be staying 2 nights before flying home. Any recommendations for nice hotel? Also, anything in particular that would be fun to see/do? Realize it's November and not sure if the weather will be good.

Will you have a car? What are you interested in? Beach? Museums? Sports? Fishing? :confused: Give us some hints and then board members can give you some informed help.

Sorry--I'm new to CC and posts. Thanks for the hint on how to get some information.

 

We won't have a car so either a hotel shuttle or taxi would be our mode of transportation. Not sure that the weather would be good for the beach. Some nice music at night, such as Jazz or Country would be ideal, along with suggestions for good restaurants too.
