Unfortunately I have nothing planned for the beach until our cruise at the end of the year. But I keep looking LOL. Thinking about taking a scenic drive up the New England coast this year sometimes. Would love to see all the lighthouses.

I see that the price of the cruise went up yesterday. I really doubt that I will receive any OBC from price drops. All of the inside cabins on the Riviera deck are sold out from what I can tell.

I think this is just Carnival prepping for a "72 hour sale" the only ES rate that went up was for 6S (ocean view spa) and SS (suite). A bunch of other Fun Select rates fluctuated back up (they have bouncing up and down since October).

Eddie, you are right, the price did go up. I contacted Johna to do the balance of the deposit for the Dec 2nd sailing for my family of 4 as I had already done the full deposit for the Dec 8th sailing and hoping to get the same OV cabin for both sailing.

I think that will be me this year coz after being away from Dec 1 to 16, there is no way I wanna put up the tree so late and besides that, I already told the kids that Santa will be on a budget this year so don't look for much as the cruises will really be their present. Will see how that goes.
