Good morning Breezers!

 

So hear is my story. Been in a lot of pain with my tooth since last Wednesday so went to the dentist on Friday and the x-ray showed that there was an infection there and they were trying to get me in to see the specialist for the root canal I had done on the tooth to be retreated which also has a crown on it. But, as luck would have it, after calling several specialist offices, they were all closed and this was about 1:30 or so on a Friday afternoon. Go figures, I would like to have their jobs closing early on Fridays when I was in need:rolleyes:. Anyways, been on antibiotics and pain meds since then. The pain sort of eased a bit but not much so made the decisions to have the tooth extracted so got that done this morning. Looking forward to the next 2 days of healing and feeling betting and being out of pain and getting back to myself. After having 3 children, I would definitely say the pain was right up there with that.

 

So, what that said, hope everyone is having an awesome day.

Back to the grind today for me but at least it's the middle of the week.

 

What a difference a day makes. I really thought I still would be in some discomfort today but so far so good. A little bit sore but that's about it. What a relief.

Good day everyone!

 

What a day, started off with freezing rain which made for a slippery drive in and now it's snowing. Definitely the beach is calling my name somewhere.

 

So, in terms of starting to plan for the M&G and cocktail party, I am thinking for the December 2nd cruise, Tuesday Dec 4th, Grand Turk day would be good as we are only their until 2:00 p.m. The first sea day would have been nice but that will most likely be formal night. For the December 8th cruise, Monday, December 10th, the second sea day would be good. Too early to get the dates/venue finalized but I have made the appropriate calls/email to get us on the wait list for this. For those that can attend, we can do the M&G at sail away. On my last cruise we did that as our cocktail party was not until the 4th day of the cruise so it was nice to meet some of the folks on day 1.

 

What about t-shirts / tanks?? Any interest?

The roll call for our last cruise was pretty active (on CC), we did an informal M&G at sail away at the aft bar and it was a great time. We would be interested in both since we are most likely to be at the aft bar area for sail away anyway.

Yep, we are definitely not activate on this thread. Still hoping it will pick up though as the months roll on.

 

My last cruise too a few of us were chatting from very early on and then got really really active towards the end. The M&G and the cocktail party was well attended.

 

Heading off to my 2 hour boot camp soon from 12:30 to 2:30 which I very much look forward too. We usually go for 6 weeks and then a break and then start up again. We are now 1/2 way through this session.

 

Another day with a bit of snow. Out for now. Check back in later.

It's nice to have lazy days Eddie. For me, once I am sitting down for the evening by a reasonable hour and the kitchen is all tidy I'm good then I can get to watching some of my shows.

 

Talk about shows, any Sons of Anarchy fans out there? I just discover it like a month ago and I am already caught up on all 4 seasons and now waiting for season 5 to start which will not be till September so it will be a loooony wait. I never actually thought it would be my kind of show but lots of people I work with got really hocked on it but I didn't want to give it a try and once I did, I couldn't get enough of it, it was that addictive.

 

Gonna make dinner now, making shrimp fried rice which my kids love.

Good morning Breezers!!

 

Happy birthday to me!! As my gift to myself, I am starting back P90X and challenging myself to complete the 90 day program. The last time I tried it I got to day 42 and had to give up due to an ACL injury I sustained but I am better now so time to get on with it. So, this means no more late nights for me as I need to be in my bed by 10 pm so I can get up by 4:50 am to get my hour of workout in.

 

So, 2 days down, 88 more to go.

I'm just wondering because the Breeze sounds like it would be an awesome sailing for my husband and I. =) Is this open to any Cruise critic member and if so, are there even any sailings left?

Hi KK, I didn't receive an email from you. If you were trying the hotmail address that no longer works as it was hacked into last September so using the gmail account in my signature.

 

The sailing is open to all. I have a lot of folks booked (as in my family and friends) that are not cc members and not really into the computers and chatting and all.

 

Please try emailing me again to the address in my signature with any specific questions. Please post back once you have done so as I need to figure out if something is wrong or not with my email.
