Has anyone out there stayed at the Eden Roc? We're 2 families, 6 kids ranging from 6 to 14 staying there in June. I just need some assurance that this property is good.

Anyone?????????

The Eden Roc Hotel is a very upscale Marriott property. We stayed there 2 years ago for 2 nights before our cruise. The Hotel has an outdoor olympic size swimming pool, outdoor grill/bar and you can eat outside with a wonderful view of the ocean. They also have live music in the evenings at the outdoor grill/bar. There is also a very swanky bar right off the side of the lobby. It was absolutely beautiful and we haven't been able to get a room there since. They are always booked the dates we want to stay there. We had an ocean front room with a balcony and ate breakfast out there both mornings. I felt like a princess. After Eden Roc it's hard to go back to an average property. The closet was so big my husband and I could both stand in it and change clothes without bumping into each other!!! Plus it had a full length mirror in it. The bed was wonderful..at least 10 pillows. They also have a full service spa/gym.

You'll love it!! Check it out on line at the below link.

And don't forget the full size floor safe in that humongous closet!! :D We got Eden Roc on PL last Sept for 1 night precruise. It was only 65.00 and worth much more. The service was impecable and the rooms big and beautifully furnished. I highly recommend the Cuban Pork sandwich from the Beach Bar & Grill. Here's a link to my pics from that cruise and the first 5/6 or of the room.

Great to finally get a reply, and positive ones at that!! Your pics and details were wonderful to see and hear. It sounds heavenly and I'm sure that we'll have a great stay. Can't wait to get out of this Chicago weather! On the down side, we're paying 169.00 a night (non oceanview!) so it really sounds like you got a great deal from Priceline.

Thanks again!
