Taxi service at Venice San Basilio port

Our ship arrives at San Basilio port in Venice on a Friday at 7:00 a.m. We would like to catch a taxi to the airport around 8:00 a.m. for an 11:30 flight.

Any problem just walking off and catching a taxi? Will there be plenty of taxis as in other ports?

Walk through the terminal, out of the doors and turn left. Taxis should be waiting at the end of the building and someone controlling the flow waiting at the door.

We were in a cab heading to the airport less than 10 minutes after stepping off the ship.
