Recent Greece visitors

Just curious on how cruise ship passengers are doing in Greece, Athens and the islands. I have heard that Celebrity is still going to Athens but not offering any excursions. Is that true? We have wanted to go for some time and this fall maybe our chance but I want to make sure we can get to what we want to see. Thanks!

There's another posting on this board with added, more current info. Yesterday, the Solstice couldn't dock in Athens and they shifted the ship to another port at one of the Greek islands. Just back from a June 7-19 Solstice cruise from Barcelona that had stops in Villefranche, ports near Pisa and Rome, Naples, Kotor, Venice and Dubrovnik. Enjoyed great weather and a wonderful trip.
