Flight Insurance with Lodging Reimbursement

Hi -

 

It's been hard to find flight insurance that includes reimbursement for hotel costs when flights are cancelled or delayed.

 

The cruise line insurance or airline's recommended insurance I purchased in the past had mimimal coverage for this. Any recommendations?

What do you consider to be adequate coverage? A plan with a $150 per person, per night benefit (that's $300/nt for a hotel room and meals for two) is adequate for me and almost any policy will have at least that as a minimum amount.
