wrap dress

I've purchased a couple from Macy's Alfani brand. I have a solid black & a printed one... Not only are they flattering & appropriate for diff occasions but they are that type of material that doesn't wrinkle when you throw them in your bag.

I'm new to cruising...but not to the wrap dress! I love wrap dresses! :)

If you can, definately go and try on the original, DVF wrap dress. I have two, one in black and one in a pattern and they're wonderful. They carry them at Saks and Neiman Marcus and probably other stores too, as well as online at DVF.

My SIL had a wrap dress from BodenUSA that looked WONDERFUL on her but when I tried one, the fabric just didn't work for me (although now they carry them in a different fabric than I tried, so I may have to try again). But that's just me...so that might be something to check out. They have some really fun dresses, great patterns etc

I also have a wrap dress from Garnet Hill that I love. It has cap sleeves...but I don't see it anymore on their website, unfortunately. They are another place that has the basics, but also has fun patterns, fabrics etc

This silk wrap dress is on sale today for $68...so cute!

I'm so glad I checked out this post as I absolutely LOVE the print dress from Garnet Hill (205447) - in fact I just placed an order for one! :)

I've worn wrap dresses in the past but it's probably been about 8-10 years since I last owned one, and this particular one could even be worn for work, by itself or under a jacket or cardigan, and of course for dressier occasions as well. And maybe for my next cruise, too! ;)
