St. Thomas beach like Rum Point?

For those who have been to Rum Point on Grand Cayman, is there anything comparable in St. Thomas? We are looking for a location for a beachside lecture for a small conference. The speaker wants to use wet sand like a whiteboard (which would mean at the shore), in the shade, like this.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Sue

My first thought is that the beach hotels are not going to want a conference being held on their property, unless it is booked through them. So that would leave Magens or maybe John Brewers? At Magens, you might be able to rent a shed for your conference.
