Beach Excursion?

I'm looking for something to do in Grand Cayman similar to the Playa Mia Beach Break in Cozumel. We like to go and come as we please and prefer open bar packages without food, so we can drink at the beach but eat at a local restaurant instead of a buffet. Any suggestions? There's a small group of us in our twenties going, all married couples with no children. Thanks!
