Shuttle bus to NY Pier

Does anyone happen to know what time the shuttle bus from Baltimore (with multiple stops) arrives at the Pier? Just wondering if we need to pack some snacks, or, will any food venues be open on the ship if we arriave at 2 or 3 p.m.

We have taken it twice from D.C. Both times we arrived at the pier at 2:30. The Horizon is open as well as the International cafe in the Atrium.

 

If you live in the Northeast Corridor it is by far the best way to get to the ship and return.
