I have just read on another Forum, (sorry) I was only being nosey. Anyway it has been said that on the first day of Embarkation you are allowed to take 2 bottles of wine per cabin, is this true anyone shine any light on this.

Not been on a Celebrity cruise yet ( 12 days and counting :D)

But from what I've read your right to say you can take 2 bottles of wine

with you. You can enjoy it in your cabin for no charge but take it to a bar or restaurant you will be charged $25

Having sailed Celebrity, I can confirm that you can take 2 bottles of wine on board per stateroom for consumption in your stateroom only... Enjoy the wine ....and the cruise!

I think thats a nice touch, 2 Bottles won't keep you going for a 14 night cruise, but after a Show and a few drinks at a bar you could have a nice night cap on your Balcony in the evening. Oh and we have a Year for our Celebrity Cruise, but getting prioritys right. :D

That is so true Mr Ross, I only ended up there due to following a link. Had a look round and made the decision that this is the better site.

or stick a couple of wine boxes in your case.

 

Why stop at wine

 

Not had a problem taking anything on a ship
