Chowder_17 Posted August 12, 2011 #1 Share Posted August 12, 2011 It looks like Carnival revamped their website and now when you click on a cruise to do a mock booking it no longer shows the itinerary and the times in port. Is there somewhere new that shows this?
*Mach* Posted August 12, 2011 #2 Share Posted August 12, 2011 You're right... it doesn't. The folks in Miami are aware of the problem and are working on it... Seems they fix one thing and break two more! :)
kammerer3209 Posted August 12, 2011 #3 Share Posted August 12, 2011 I still see it right below the stateroom selection page, which is the first one that comes up right after you click "book now"
hlb76 Posted August 12, 2011 #4 Share Posted August 12, 2011 I was having the same issue yesterday. I though I was loosing my mind!!

bingo3 Posted August 13, 2011 #6 Share Posted August 13, 2011 I still see it there too~ Seems to be working for some but not all. It did not work for me today. Some days, it will work for a one time look and then right after that, it won't.

Seems they fix one thing and break two more! :) Mach: Unfortunately that team bubbles up to Jim B. The online itinerary 'issue' (not allowing for quality comparison of selected sailings) will, most likely, continue for a while. :( . .
jbanana1 Posted August 13, 2011 #8 Share Posted August 13, 2011 This is one of many threads about people not being able to view the itinerary. I use the latest version of IE and have never had a problem viewing the itinerary.
marshhawk Posted August 13, 2011 #9 Share Posted August 13, 2011 I asked this yesterday, and got all sorts of responses with one person telling me it really did work on their computer:rolleyes:, so I'm glad to know I'm not crazy....well I am, but not about that. KrystalWaters Posted August 13, 2011 #11 Share Posted August 13, 2011 it's Carnival website and the compability with Internet Explorer. It works fine with FireFox. Since I prefer Internet Explorer, I hope they get it fix soon. It should work with FireFox, try that.
kujobie Posted August 13, 2011 #12 Share Posted August 13, 2011 One thing consistent with Carnival is that their web site has sucked for a decade.
spacepotatoes Posted August 13, 2011 #13 Share Posted August 13, 2011 I can also see the itinerary info, below the cabin categories (in Firefox). Weird that this doesn't show up for everyone.

It's a common issue when your IT team makes site changes but doesn't test them for compatibilty with common browsers/versions. It's a shame because that's such an easy thing to do. agabbymama Posted August 13, 2011 #15 Share Posted August 13, 2011 As others have posted, it does work in Firefox, but not Internet Explorer. I have Firefox at home and Internet Explorer at work. I was surprised to see the itinerary on my home computer.
