flight tickets!

Hi can anyone help me please.

we are travelling from London England. Our flights are included. Also the first night at a Miami hotel is included.

We have just downloaded our itenary labels and about the first night stay. When do we receive our flight tickets details ect? I know who we are flying with and the number of our flight, my TA told me, but not sure about flight tickets. We are sailing on the 29th Oct. Sorry to waffle..:confused:

Check with your Travel Agent. Most airlines in the US have eliminated paper tickets to cut cost. So you just get a copy of your itinerary.

You are still 10 weeks away from flying out (I know that as we are on the cruise before you and also yours). Princess may not have allocated the tockets yet.

 

You should speak to your travel agent.

 

I am sure the last time we flew using Princess flights to Miami it was with BA. If that is the case you won't be able to pick seats until 24 hours before departure. From my recollection you need to be a gold exec club member to choose a seat earlier but that may have changed. We had to wait when we travelled to Vancouver and back from LA until 24 hours before and we were in club.

 

If it is Virgin you get to pick your seat when you book.

 

You are likely to be in the Intercontinental in Doral at the airport overnight.

BA have changed slightly. They will let you book early but they want cash for the privillege.

Hi There

 

You will not get tickets as like in the good old days

 

But Princess should be able to send you a flight confirmation

which lists the flights, times etc but more importantly booking reference numbers which will allow you to select your seats but you may need to wait until 24 hrs before flying to be able to do this.

 

When you get to Miami there will be loads of Princess Reps to guide you

 

they will take you to the bus waiting area and call a bus for you

 

the last few times we have had a Greyhound bus all to ourselfs

 

Inter Con is a nice hotel, you can eat there or cross the road for a sports bar, a Walmart is not far away.

 

Just keep an eye on your bags as this is the hotel were I lost mine.

 

You will have a few hours to kill in the morning so do not pack away everything keep a few day things that you want

 

trip to ship does not take long.
