Tour Operator No Show in Dublin

Recommended Posts

After confirming our private tour four times, including three weeks before the cruise, Over the Top Tours in Dublin failed to show up for our group of 14. We all made other plans and enjoyed our day anyway. Luckily they hadn't taken a deposit. At first the woman we called said he was on his way. Then she checked her phone and said there was a message from the driver saying he was sick but she had turned off her phone so she didn't get it. What type of company turns off their phone during busy season? I just want to warn future cruisers to be careful if you are doing business with the company. Olwyn didn't even bother to follow up with an email apologizing for missing the tour.
