Magen's Bay Beach AND Snorkeling - Recommendations?

We're taking our first trip to St. Thomas and want to try snorkeling. I've also read great things about Magen's Bay Beach. Is it feasible to do 2 different excursions - the Beach and a snorkeling excursion? And, which snorkeling operator would you recommend?

I haven't see anybody offering those two beaches in the same tour, but it would be doable on a custom tour. Magens doesn't have fish to speak of.

 

Snorkeling off the shore is popular at Coki and Sapphire beaches. They have coral reefs just off the sand and rocks, so fish like those areas.

You might want to contact VI Watersports re: parasailing info. If all 10 want to go, they might need warning. Not sure if you need to contact the jet ski people. Snorkeling, you just show up!;)
