CruiserBruce Posted August 19, 2011 #2 Share Posted August 19, 2011 As this is a NCL policy issue, I would look on the NCL board, here: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/forumdisplay.php?f=107 Good chance it is being discussed there regularly. hexdragon Posted August 19, 2011 #3 Share Posted August 19, 2011 When I was there a couple of years ago I saw people bringing back cases of water... One thing you can do is get a sports bottle and refill it in the fitness center.
debster818 Posted August 19, 2011 #4 Share Posted August 19, 2011 So, how much much soda are you allowed to bring on? Can you replenish in each port if you need?
smrtypnts Posted August 19, 2011 #5 Share Posted August 19, 2011 So, how much much soda are you allowed to bring on? Can you replenish in each port if you need? They're pretty lenient with bringing back unopened non alcoholic beverages.
Pokeraddict Posted August 20, 2011 #6 Share Posted August 20, 2011 Personally you won't get better water than on the ship including in your room. I would just bring on one or two and keep refilling as you go. Refill at night put in your frig. NCL will also be selling water as you exit but y'll need to sign away your first born. Just remember that if your refilling in common area's such as buffet not to have your bottle touch the spout and risk spreading germs. You may also get lynched by fellow cruisers as well. If you have ever been on a cruise that's had a virus outbreak y'll understand.
TKincaidIN Posted August 20, 2011 #7 Share Posted August 20, 2011 I am a caffeine free diet pepsi person. We took a case with us on our last cruise. Just put a luggage tag on it and it was delivered with our other luggage.
WestfieldTraveler Posted August 22, 2011 #8 Share Posted August 22, 2011 Does anyone know if you are allowed to bring on bottles of water and cans of soda  I just brought an extra duffle bag, put a case of water in it, and with luggage tag went to our room no problem - Safeway, Costco are two options on Honolulu to buy it if you have a car. Ask your room steward to remove the mini bar items on the first day so you can use the fridge.
