okwriter Posted August 26, 2011 #26 Share Posted August 26, 2011 The only ones I have ever seen where on certain obstructed view balconies. I shouldn't ever have one then. :D But thank you for answering that question. ;)
MissDiva1 Posted August 26, 2011 #27 Share Posted August 26, 2011 Be aware that a door stop will not always be in your cabin. Sometimes the steward uses the same one for 2 cabins.;) That being said bring the bungee cord it works great and doesn't take up any room in your luggage. Ours along with our collapsable ice chest stay in our luggage year round.......
craftykitty Posted August 26, 2011 #28 Share Posted August 26, 2011 I can think of all sorts of things to use the bunge cord for......... you may not want to explain them to all of your family though, just your husband. ;)
KrystalWaters Posted August 26, 2011 Author #29 Share Posted August 26, 2011 Thank you all for your wonderful responses.:D I am getting a slight picture. I'm wondering if I ask my steward for a door stopper would that be acceptable? I'm sailing on the Dream, Cove Balcony, so do i attach the bungee cord to the railing or to the weather divider? MissDiva1 Posted August 26, 2011 #31 Share Posted August 26, 2011 Thank you all for your wonderful responses.:D I am getting a slight picture. I'm wondering if I ask my steward for a door stopper would that be acceptable? I'm sailing on the Dream, Cove Balcony, so do i attach the bungee cord to the railing or to the weather divider? The door stop is usually on the floor next to the front door or in the closet......but sometimes not.....they need these to work every day so if you do use it make sure you put it back......another reason to bring the cord:D It's easy to figure out how to attach it when you get there.... stargate fan Posted August 27, 2011 #32 Share Posted August 27, 2011 What's that? The doors are so heavy I wonder why we haven't seen a thread about someone smashing their hand in the door. http://stargate.wikia.com/wiki/Goa'uld
ccruisequeen Posted August 27, 2011 #33 Share Posted August 27, 2011 Bungee also works as a clothes line for damp swim suits, or as privacy divider to hang a sheet between beds!
