How to get stockholder OBC?

Search is not helping me and seems to even have disappeared from my screens.

 

So I need to submit a stock ownership obc request.

 

What does the request need to say?

Will the trade notification work? Or so I need a statement (it may not get here in time)?

 

Where do I fax the request? email?

trade notification will work. get it in a pdf file and email it to them.

Long way around but I went to yahoo.com and went to CCL and clicked to view their page that way under investor relations.

About proof of ownership... have your broker fax or email the proof of ownership of your share holdings to you.

Attach it to your OBC request.
