Motorcycle Gma Posted August 30, 2011 #1 Share Posted August 30, 2011 We haven't dived the Carribean in a few years. What is tipping like now? We used to dive Cozumel every year and tipped the Divemaster and crew $5 or $10. What is the standard now? I was shocked to see my 2 tank dive in Coz is going to be $80 now.
KJHorton Posted September 1, 2011 #2 Share Posted September 1, 2011 The general rule of thumb is $5 per tank

I'll be diving with them again in December. I give $5 a tank, unless there is a special service and then I'll put a little more in the tip jar. Fourseventeen Posted September 16, 2011 #4 Share Posted September 16, 2011 yup 5 bucks a tank is standard. If I feel they have gone way out of their way to make my trip more enjoyable then I will tip more.
