I am going to try and post a link to the timetable for the #83 bus.

When you pull up this web page click on the "Download the line Timetable" which is located right next to the adobe icon. As long as you have Adobe Reader (it is free) installed on your computer you should be able to read the detailed timetable. On the timetable the "Eze Village" is the stop right in front of the Eze Village (where you want to go) and the "Eze (SNCF) Gare is the stop right in front of the tiny train stop. The trains that stop here will take you back to Villefranche (just take the train in the direction of Nice) or back to Monte Carlo.

Hello all,

 

For the past few weeks I've been trying to find out where I can hire a car in Villefranche but without any success. If you have any contact details could you share them with me? I believe it may be possible to hire at the port but I would prefer to make an advance resevation. Hank, can you help? Anyone else done this before?

there is no car rental place in the french yellow pages for Villefranche sur Mer.

it brings up nice as the closest.

 

the best would be to get the train from villefranche to Nice Ville station.

 

you have a choice of 5 or 6 companies next to the station.

There is a locally owned rental franchise which normally will deliver cars right to the tender pier (but not on Sundays). Their web site it:
