Any news about Coco Cay and Blackbeards Cay

Heading out on Majesty on 9/19 and was wondering if anyone has been to Coco Cay or Blackbeards Cay and can report firsthand or heard anything about how they fared during Irene. I have the Stingray Excursion on Blackbeards Cay booked and am hoping to be able to still go. This will be my first trip to the Bahamas.

Curious to know if the jellyfish are still spawning at Coco Cay. We're scheduled to be there September 6 and I want to snorkel.

We were at Coco Cay this past Tuesday and everything was fine.

 

I snorkeled for 2 hours and was stung once by a Moon Jellyfish. The sting was not very bad.

Please come back and let us know how the stingray excursion was. We are going in June and would love to do this again. We did one in the Caymans and it was awesome.:)
