Paid if full but need to change sail date question

I have already paid my cruise in full but need to change my sail date, according to the contract I have until final payment is required (Dec 1) to make this change with only a small ($50 pp) penalty. My question is this, even though I paid in full does this time frame still apply?

Yes.

 

Final Payment DUE Date governs, not when you actually paid the bill.

Thanks tef, I was thinking that was the case. I booked Early Saver, do you know if this makes a difference if just changing the sail date, it would still be just the $50 pp fee correct?

Yes, $50 pp, but do be sure to cancel and rebook all at once otherwise they will try and give you the future credit as OBC and not apply it toward the payment of the new cruise.
