1st cruise + going on Celebrity Equinox in Feb

Booked on 8th floor and have balcony any tips on getting an upgrade our are we better staying on a stateroom that we have booked with Conceirge class. Do they bring ice to the room or were can you get it.

Ice bucket will be filled for you. As far as upgrades, they are pretty uncommon.

Try posting on the Celenrity board under Cruise Lines. Thats where Celebrity experts hang out.

Upgrades on Celebrity are VERY rare. I've been on many, many X cruises and never have been upgraded. You could try an upsell, if you're not happy with your cabin, but you'll pay the difference between the cabin you want and the one you purchased. In all honesty, most Celebrity cruises are sailing full, so don't count on anything being available.

your ice bucket frequently.
