BurtonRiderT6 Posted September 8, 2011 #1 Share Posted September 8, 2011 Does anyone know when this will happen if it hasn't already?
TPEINC1958 Posted September 8, 2011 #2 Share Posted September 8, 2011 The last information I received was that Moderno will be available on the second sailing out of Miami in October. I am not sure if that means the 16th or 23rd because there is also a 2 day cruise on the 14th. I am personally hoping it means the 16th since we will be on that one. BurtonRiderT6 Posted September 8, 2011 Author #3 Share Posted September 8, 2011 I'm hoping so too. We are on the last one of October. Although the Tapas is still very good.
HoosierCruiser Posted September 8, 2011 #4 Share Posted September 8, 2011 Does anyone know for sure if it will be replacing Mambo's? If not, where on the ship will it be located?

Norwegian Cruise Line Posted September 8, 2011 #6 Share Posted September 8, 2011 Hi, the addition of Moderno Churrascaria on Norwegian Pearl is tentatively scheduled for sometime in 2012. An exact date has not yet been set. Best, Norwegian Cruise Line Public Relations

I would believe NCL over the word of mouth that could have gone around on the ship.

Apparently it is not true. I'm sure this is not the first time that a rumor on the ship turned out to be not true.

CHARLESV32 Posted September 9, 2011 #12 Share Posted September 9, 2011 Im actually excited about Mambos. I have never had the chance to eat there on my past NCL sailings opting to eat at other specialty restaurants instead. So looking forward to it... I have never had the chance to eat there on my past NCL sailings opting to eat at other specialty restaurants instead. So looking forward to it... I will say that I'm not really upset that Mambo's will still be there. We rode the Jewel for our last cruise and ate at Mambo's 3 times. We thought they were the best restaurant on the ship, cheapest too.
