ParaSailing anyone...

This is our firstn cruise and would like to get some snorkeling and parasailing in. Can anyone recommend excurisons in Freeport, Nassau or port Canaveral?

Go to the Bahamas section of the Ports of Call board of this forum and start with a search of parasailing. If you don't get the info from a search then post the question on that board.

We've gone parasailing many times but not at those ports! They offer it just about everywhere though, and it's a fun time. Make sure you do a boat launch and not a beach launch. Also, tandem is more fun for sure.

I don't really know the name of the excursion companies, they are just right on the beach and they have this at beaches in both Freeport and Nassau...we usually do in Freeport as we find there isn't as much to do there, Nassau we can always find something else to do...

We did the parasailing in St. Thomas I believe (maybe St. Maarten). Didn't do it in Nassau, though. It was breathtaking...but very short lived!
