Dream - 29th October - Cruise Director/Captains Night

Hi All

Can see lots of people going cruising before us  and I know there are a few more people cruising with us....does anybody know who the cruise director will be as I believe the Dream will be doing the canaries for a while and then onto the Caribbean and as we fly into Palma but depart from Tenerife, think the entertainment team will probably be on board by then for the Caribbean. Would anybody know if the Captains night would still be on your first day at sea as we will not be going back to Palma? thought they may do it differently but could be wrong.

Thanks

Susan

Guess the first Capt night will be the first day (at sea) but as it's 13 nt trip think there will probably be a second formal night in the following week - perhaps also a sea day(?)

As for the entertainment team I would think they are due to go home. We were on in Ap/May and they'd been on board quite a while then but still had a long time to go. Now whether they would go home in Palma (end of Med season) or join in the Canaries (beg of winter season) is anyone's guess. But i would think that's when the change-over will happen. So if that's the case your trip could be the last week of the old team (they were the best I've seen - superb!) or the first week for the new one.

Someone posted that Stephen Guy is due back in November ready for the Caribbean - but again that could be as you join or as you leave. Perhaps someone who follows fb (mtt?) will have picked up some ideas to exact dates.

Hi kruzseeka

Yes,a bit unsure with this being a 13 night cruise thought we may only get one formal night but great if two...more dresses!! . Our cruise finishes on the 11th November in Tenerife, so unsure with regards who the entertainment team maybe....if it is Stephen Guy that would be great as we have seen him on the Spirit. Lets hope some of our fb followers may have some idea but thank you for replying.;)
