TBA....Whats up with that!

My scenerio is opposite of yours. Suppose to say TBA on reservation but gives a room but when we click on documents it says TBA.

We booked an Inside Guaranty room and when we go to our reservations it gives us a cabin number but then click on documents, pick an excursion, etc. it says TBA. It is suppose to be TBA. Has been like this since the day we booked at over 520 days before the cruise.

So not sure what is going on with it.

I booked a ES rate and picked out my cabin, when you go to the reservation page, it has the room number on it, but when I bring up my Doc's, it says TBA! Does that mean an upgrade in my future?

Thanks, Sandy

Two questions... did you book with a TA and is the cruise paid off???

If the cruise is paid off and you booked with a TA (especially as part of a group...) your docs may not be available for quite some time. Our cruise has been paid off for nearly two months and our docs are still 'TBA' and 'On Hold'...
