Tansportation passes in Venice

We plan to prepurchase Venice Connected transportation passes for our pre/post cruise days in Venice. They can include one way transportation to/from VCE as well as the buses and vaporetti.

 

My question: does the fare to/from the airport only go to Piazza Roma, or could it be to Mestre instead? Our hotel is in Mestre (yes, we travel cheaply so we can cruise more often!). Your help is appreciated!!! :)

My understanding is that there is an extra fee of 3E if you travel to/from the airport, but otherwise you should be able to travel to Mestre or PRoma. There is a blurb about the airport surcharge just underneath the 50E - 7 day pass.

If you include the surcharge for the Aeorbus, it is included. Bus 15 goes to Mestre. Bus #5 does not. I have no idea about #25. :)

Both of you have helped me. The Trip Advisor link has more up to date info than the Venice Connected link. Hopefully they will update their website before I'm making my purchases.
