How and where do we get tickets for the Ice Show on the Explorer?

The location & time to get tickets is listed in the Compass.

And, they will make announcements when and where to get the tickets. There is no charge for the tickets...it's simply a crowd control measure! There are 4 shows to choose from.

They are not assigned seating either so you still have to arrive early to get a good seat. And remember - it's cold in there so you might want to have a pair of closed shoes or socks.

of course if you are in a gs or better you don't have to get tickets or show up early. get there just before the show and the concierge will let you in. there is a reserved section but you can sit anywhere.

The last time I was on Explorer(April), Platinum and above C&A members received invitations to a special performance. Tickets for other performances were given out at the Ice Palace at specific times. Leftover tickets were available at Guest Services.

We cruised Explorer the first week of August and had the same performance. In fact, this was the C&A plantinum and up event, there was no party as there has been in the past on other ships.

 

As it was held at the end of the cruise, most people had seen the show already and the show was so empty they made announcements 5 minutes before it began that anyone could attend
