best pharmacy in Cozumel?

Is there a good one to buy Retin A other than the one at the pier? it is expensive and they seem to sell almost Out of date medicine.

You might try American Discount Pharmacy on Calle 3 Sur, about 2 blocks south of the plaza downtown, or Portales in the Plaza. There are a number of farmacias around the Plaza area. From what I understand, you just have to check each one out for the meds you're looking for. some folks say Farmaica Similares is good fro generics, there's a location on the corner of Avenida 15 and Calle 1 Sur. I've seen complaints on boards that all these places are overpriced, but not sure compared to what--expectations, rumors of what others paid, prices at the local Wahlgren's?

 

The Mega and Chedraui grocery stores have pharmacies inside.

Also, do be advised that Mexican pharmacies are no longer selling anitbotics with out a Mexican prescription. And do consult the US Custom's controlled prescription drugs not allowed to be imported by US Citizens. They can confiscate your purchases and if not declared, can prosecute you.
