New York ?? Ground Zero??

We are going to be in New York 2 days following a cruise in October. We would like to visit Ground Zero and the Empire State building. Do we need to get tickets ahead of time? :confused:

You definitely need to get a reserved pass (there's no charge for it) to enter the National September 11 Memorial. You can get your passes here:
