San Juan Hotel in Miami

This looks like a little funky hotel that is on Collins in Miami, and am considering booking this for a pre-cruise night. Has anyone every stayed here and would you recommend it?

I haven't stayed there yet, but have it booked for three nights pre-cruise in January. Months back somebody commented on it and said the rooms are small and can be noisy so we're going prepared for those two things. The location is excellent, as is the price. They are in the process of updating everything and I read somewhere, maybe their reply to a tripadvisor comment, that one of the things they are working on will alleviate the noise problem. I also liked that it is on the Airporter route so we'll be able to get there cheaply.
