San Diego Hotel and parking

We will be on HAL's Statendam Panama Canal cruise from San Diego to Ft Lauderdale Dec 9. Any suggestions on hotel or parking would be appreciated. Someone told me some of the hotels offer free parking for the duration of the cruise. Anyone know anything about that?

We stayed at the Best Western Yacht Harbor Hotel for two nights before a Mexican Riviera cruise last spring. They offered free breakfast, free parking for up to seven days and free shuttle to the cruise terminal if you booked their stay and cruise package.

 

It was not a Sheraton or Marriot type property but it was clean and comfortable for our two night stay.

The Holiday Inn Bayside has park and go packages with 7 or 10 nights of parking with a shuttle to the port and airport.
