I'm pretty sure if you didn't get his name when you cruised, you won't get it now........Unless you find someone cruising on the AL soon and they can go to his area to give him the message you are looking for him(have them give him your email).....then you will know,if he wants to be contacted.

Didn't he give you his business card? The last 4 Royal Caribbean cruises I went on (Navigator, Majesty, Liberty, and Oasis) we were given a business card with their full name and extension to call if we need anything.

The only cards I have ever seen have only a first name and phone number.

Are some people actually getting last names on these cards?

Hi,

No, we did not receive a card from Wilbert.

I have the phone # 1-305-539-6000.

Called it three times 1st : after 4 minutes of switch and wait voice said:

" your person's number? " I said " I am trying to contact the Allure ... "

cut off .. by hang-up?? 2nd + 3rd : total 20 some minutes of hold ...

gave up and called Crown + Anchor ... they came on in 20 seconds and

gave the address in Weston.

If anyone is going on Allure ( or is on now ) Wilbert is on Deck 10 portside

and at the very front. Could you ask him for his last name.

We feel we did not compensate him fully ... for his excellent service and would like to send him some more thank you$.

Hope you can help ,

Thanks very much, Seamo

I know they (the cabin stewards) get switched around some weeks .. but these were some of the cabins he was in charge of ... (9/4-9/11).

... and ... Thank you for your kind offer.

We thought Wilbert was the Ultimate. We tip a little everyday .. for

extras ... like "please, always LOTS of ice." ... more towels ..etc.

He was there and inter-active , without being too much ... in our cruise,

if you know what I mean, very pleasant, easy to call, would do his

business and ... allow you to ... get back to your thing. He was a 10+++. Sorry you did not have this same experience.

PH8 : "Hope you wrote good comments about him..."

Yes , we gave him and eight others ... such a deserved and

well earned bravado; one just jammed with praise for their efforts in making our cruise ... one of the best. Great crew all around on ALLURE.

Hi Seamo,

His last name is Anderson. I tracked him down for you on this past week's sailing of the Allure. He remembered you well and was very thankful for your thoughtful consideration.
