Pack N Go vs Early Saver

Anyone ever submit an Early Saver Price Protection form for something like Pack N GO and actually have it APPROVED?

No- I have tried twice in the past to match my Early Saver to pack and go and both times it was denied. :(

I did, but I upgraded to the next higher category. the rules say you cannot downgrade, but I was able to upgrade. If the category above yours, say you are in a inside, and OV gty is lower, they probably will give it to you.

Just like Fire i did an upgrade... from a 4k to a balcony.. got an 8E :D & and OBC :D

Im still TBA but I got $64 OBC. I happened to prefer my cabin, but since Im solo, I took the so called upgrade.

 

hope for a high deck, so far on gtys, not much luck with carnival .. but one of these times...

 

its for triumph 11/7, so i bet I know soon.

I have submitted it in the past when I booked Early Saver and got to keep my room and even the extra OBC for the price difference to the pack and go rate!! All you can do is try and whats the worse they can tell you is NO:( At least you tried!!!

Please reply back to this email within the next 24 hours and let us know if you still want us to proceed with the price adjustment you requested.

Did this recently for pack and go and got a $212 OBC. Gave up room but new room was assigned 2 days later We did not have a problem giving up the room though. :)

I got a Vista Suite (Aft Wrap Balcony) on ES and wouldn't give it up just to get a lower rate and have Carnival assign me a cabin. Besides, there's only one class higher than what I have, and it doesn't have an aft wrap balcony. :D

Same here, only I took it! :D I had an interior on Deck 6 and the P&G deal was a balcony room for the same price I paid for my interior. woo! There were not any balcony rooms below Deck 6 so it was a pretty safe bet. Yay!

I had the 1A with two port holes, OV size, so for $64 to UPGRADE to a inside, I hoped to not have to give up my cabin. Still TBA
