Are Allure Promenade Staterooms Noisy?

I booked cabin 7187 and 7589 any advice.

Someone just posted a review of the Allure and said their promenade balcony room was not noisy. I will try and find the link to that thread and post it for you.

I can't tell you for sure about the Allure. But I can tell you about the PR room on FOS. The only time it was noisy was during the parades and parties on the Promenade. At all of the other times it was very quiet. We enjoyed the room as we could watch the activities from the room. There is a nice sofa in the window that you can use to watch. The room is also a touch bigger from what I have been told. One major caution though. Please make sure that your cutains are closed if you are not watching anything. People in other PR's can easily see into your room even with the lights out as there is enough light in the Promenade to illuminate your room a little. We would definitely attempt to book that room again.

I read a few posting about this, some said no while a few other said yes.

 

I was on the Allure this past summer and can say that walking in Promenade is was noisy. If the noise was heard in the cabins I cannot say for sure.
