1160451 Posted October 12, 2011 #1 Share Posted October 12, 2011 Hi Everybody, Some advice required please. We are thinking of the Nov 2nd 2012 cruise to the Eastern Med. We have cruised with RCI on a similar cruise, but in Septemeber, and we loved the poc hence that is why we are thinking of the 2nd November crusie. Now, all our prevous cruises have been in the "warm or hot" seasons and we are a little concerned about the weather and sea conditions in November. We do like to chill out around the pool on sea days and take drinks outside etc and are not keen on having to wear a "jumper" at night. Any advise on sea and climate would be great. Take it easy and as usual thanks in anticipation.
wales4ever Posted October 12, 2011 #2 Share Posted October 12, 2011 Firstly won't you be on the ship at night? If so you won't need a jumper. Secondly, we cruised with Celebrity last november in the Med. Florence, Naples etc, and it was warm eough to wear shorts and a t-shirt during the daytime. Rare Host Sharon Posted October 13, 2011 #3 Share Posted October 13, 2011 I am shortly off on my third Eastern Med November cruise. The two previous times it's been t-shirt weather - not too hot, but warm enough to sit on deck in the daytime. I'm hoping for similar this year. The other big advantage is that the main sights are not so crowded at that time of year.
