ferry service to vieques and culebra

I read in the travel section that there is fast ferry to the islands of vieques and culebra that takes 1hr 45min to celebra. the name of the ferry is the ATHENA and you pick it up atthe pier. Cost is $68 round trip. Time is weekdays 9:30 am and 4:30 pm weekends 9, 3, 6.

Thank you for the information however which pier do you mean? I'm sorry if this seems like a silly question but my cruise is in August & we are trying to figure out if this a possible pre-cruise excursion.

The pier is the one in old san juan. You should see a ferry booth somewhere. There is a tourist info booth downtown/ you may have to ask as this info was just in the paper on april 2 05
