SeaDoo 'Sportster' rental from Fat Fish?

A bit of history- have taken the Jetski Stingray tour a couple of times. Love the stingrays BUT the last time had a terrible time getting back on the machine when I fell off in the middle of a turn. Not enough upper body strength to pull myself back up in the middle of the ocean. Had to be 'rescued' by our guide- to the great amusement of my teens. Fat Fish has little speed boats called SeaDoo Sportsters that hold 3 people that rent by the hour-$125 to visit the stingrays. Has anyone done this? Website is vague with details. Is there a guide with you? Any info at all?
