Nelson's and Valley Church, will this work?

Just wondering how this might work?

 

I was thinking about taking the bus to Nelson's Dockyard for $1.50. Then we we are ready to leave taking a taxi to Shirley Heights and on to Valley Church beach. Then when we are ready to leave Valley Church we could take the bus back to port for $1.50. Just wondering if this would be too much of a hassel? If the taxi is too much from Nelson's to Valley Church it may not be worth it and might be better to just book it as a tour.

It's doable, but watch the time. Buses are frequent but not regular.

 

The taxi fare should cover four people, so try to get a party of four together to minimise costs.
